<h2>Refund & Return Policy</h2>
<p>Because Celesthea Planetary Baths are consumable ritual products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once a jar has been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.</p>
<h3>Damaged or incorrect items</h3>
<p>If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@celesthea.in with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.</p>
<h3>Subscription orders</h3>
<p>You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date from your account. Charges already processed for a shipped subscription order are not refundable, except in cases of damage or defect as above.</p>
<h3>Order cancellations</h3>
<p>Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.</p>
